In person (Rotterdam, NL) and online classes for every level, every age and every body type. Pilates can help with:

  • Physical and mental coordination;
  • Posture, balance and control over the body.

Classical Pilates is a movement therapy, created in the 1920s by Joseph Pilates. The method focus on the health and mobility of the spine, being, for that reason, a perfect ally for back and neck pain and sciatica. All exercises that are part of the method help to tone, elongate and balance body and mind. The instructor guides the class with words allowing the student to be present and focused on the body and how to translate words into movement.

No! The classes are open level (unless it is specified otherwise on the name of the class). In every class, modifications will be provided so that every one present can perform the exercises at their own pace and capacity.

Yes! During the classes, either online or in person, the instructor doesn’t join the class, rather guides the students through words. Therefore it is always possible to watch and correct the movements and positions when needed. Being each online class with a maximum of 6 people, it allows for a personal approach and corrections.

Every body is individual and consequently the differences felt will take different times. At the end of 10 classes the body starts to move more freely and feeling better.
